FlowCopy is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Belgian privacy law.

1. Who we are

FlowCopy is operated from Belgium, EU. Data controller: FlowCopy BV, Belgium. Contact: privacy@flowcopy.eu

2. What data we collect

Account data: Email address, name, company (optional)
Usage data: Generations created, tool usage, language preferences
Payment data: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store card details.
Technical data: IP address, browser type (for security)

3. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, delete your data, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. Email privacy@flowcopy.eu to exercise these rights.

4. Data retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. All data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

5. Data transfers

Your data is processed on EU servers (Supabase EU region, Vercel EU). We do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA without appropriate safeguards.
