By using FlowCopy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
FlowCopy provides AI-powered marketing copywriting tools. We generate text content based on your inputs using large language models.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use FlowCopy to generate: illegal content, spam, misleading advertising, content that infringes third-party rights, or content that violates platform policies.
4. Intellectual Property
You own the content generated for you through FlowCopy. You retain all rights to your input data.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial periods.
6. Limitation of Liability
FlowCopy is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages or the performance of AI-generated content in your campaigns.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Brussels.
